许明,1980年11月生。北京邮电大学计算机科学与技术博士,清华大学博士后。曾任东软集团软件工程师、北京蒂斯科技资深算法研究员,在时空AI、图AI、智能交通等领域有深厚积淀。相关成果发表于IEEE TITS、RAL、IPM等国际权威期刊,荣获2020年世界人工智能大会青年优秀论文奖,并获国际顶级科技媒体《麻省理工科技评论》(MIT Technology Review)专文报道。目前团队聚焦时空智能前沿领域,围绕真实城市复杂系统,探索具有理论深度与应用价值的新一代AI方法。
本人注重与学生平等交流,秉持耐心指导、因材施教的育人理念。在团队培养中,助力成员稳步提升科研能力,塑造理性严谨的问题分析与解决思维,拓展跨领域视野与高阶认知,同时引导大家逐步明确自身发展方向,建立清晰的职业成长路径。
